  1. Ready Stance.
  2. Step back into WS (Left foot back);
  3. Rising Blk;
  4. Dbl Punch.
  5. Step back into WS;
  6. Rising Blk;
  7. Dbl Punch.
  8. Step back, turning to your left into BS;
  9. Single knife hand blk.
  10. Left-leg double side kick (Low & Mid);
  11. Before landing, turn to face an 'opponent' behind you;
  12. Blocking with a Single knife hand blk, landing in BS.
  13. Right-Leg double side kick (Low & Mid);
  14. Before landing, turn to face an 'opponent' on your left landing the kicking leg behind (right).
  15. Blocking with a Single knife hand blk, in BS.
  16. Block an attack from the right @ 45�, with a outside block in shifting into WS.
  17. Rear-Leg (right) side-kick @ 45�, dropping 'forward' in horse-ridding stance;
  18. Single knife hand strike.
  19. Block an attack from the left (@ opposite 45�), with a outside block in shifting into WS.
  20. Rear-Leg (left) side-kick @ 45�, dropping 'forward' in horse-ridding stance;
  21. Single knife hand strike.
  22. Bring front (left) leg back to rear leg and step back (right) into BS; block with single KH.
  23. Step front leg (left) across into WS; Dbl Punch.
  24. Bring rear leg (right) up to perform a foot sweep;
  25. Land forwards in WS;
  26. Single-Left-hand punch to fallen opponent.
  27. Bring front (right) leg back to rear leg and step back into BS; block with single KH.
  28. Step front leg (right) across into WS; Dbl Punch.
  29. Bring rear leg (left) up to perform a foot sweep;
  30. Land forwards in WS;
  31. Single-Right-hand punch to fallen opponent.
  32. Bring front (left) leg back to rear leg and step back into BS; block with single KH.
  33. Turn without moving your feet to face an opponent behind you in BS; block with single KH.
  34. Step backwards into BS; block with single KH.
  35. Rear leg (right) reverse turning kick; land back into BS; block with single KH.
  36. Step backwards into BS; block with single KH.
  37. Rear leg (left) reverse turning kick; land back into BS; block with single KH.
  38. Step back, turning to your left into BS; (opponent on your left)
  39. Single knife hand blk.
  40. Left-leg double side kick (Mid & High);
  41. Before landing, turn to face an 'opponent' behind you;
  42. Blocking with a Single knife hand blk, landing in BS.
  43. Right-Leg double side kick (Mid & High);
  44. Before landing, turn to face an 'opponent' on your left landing the kicking leg behind (right).
  45. Blocking with a Single knife hand blk, in BS.
  46. Block an attack from the right @ 45�, with a outside block in shifting into WS.
  47. Rear-Leg (right) HOOK-kick @ 45�, dropping 'forward' in horse-ridding stance;
  48. Single knife hand strike.
  49. Block an attack from the left (@ opposite 45�), with a outside block in shifting into WS.
  50. Rear-Leg (left) hook-kick @ 45�, dropping 'forward' in horse-ridding stance;
  51. Single knife hand strike.
  52. Bring front (left) leg back to rear leg and step back into BS; block with single KH.
  53. Step front leg (left) across into WS; Dbl Punch.
  54. Bring rear leg (right) up to perform a foot sweep;
  55. Before landing, heel (right) strike to fallen opponent; KI-UP;
  56. Land beside left foot and step back into BS.
  57. Step front leg (right) across into WS; Dbl Punch.
  58. Bring rear leg (left) up to perform a foot sweep;
  59. Before landing, heel (left) strike to fallen opponent; KI-UP;
  60. Land beside left foot and step back into BS (left forwards).
  61. Step into walking stance. Right hand lunge punch.
  62. Turn right 270� into BS double KH.
  63. Side Kick (right); Back Kick (left); into BS double KH.
  64. Turn left 180� into BS double KH.
  65. Side Kick (left); Back Kick (right); into BS double KH
